Sensory Fun

Bonnie is the mother of a thirteen year old child with special needs. She worked for five years in strategic training and development at Knight-Ridder.  Her latest book, Starting Sensory Integration Therapy, won the 2006 iParenting Media award. 

As a national speaker, she has presented for the Autism Society of America, The National Fragile-X Society, Future Horizons, Sensory Resources and various parent groups. 

She earned her BA from the University of California at Davis and currently lives in Concord, California with her husband, son and daughter.
