2-3 working days for order processing

7 to 14 days shipping (shipping time depends on location) 

We only ship to Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada and UK, please note some countries may charge customs duties and taxes at the border, and you will be responsible for such charges.

We may ship to other destinations, please email us before placing an order.

We are an Australia-based business ABN registered without GST, all items sold are free of GST.

Attention:

1. Please fill in your full name when making the payment

2. Please fill in your correct address including your Apartment No, Street, City, Region and Country. Otherwise, your package would probably be returned!

3. We are not responsible for YOUR MISTAKE

Please check your order, include full detail, and check your address for delivery.

Please make sure that these are correct otherwise your order will be returned back to us.

Orders

Orders ship FREE but may be subject to additional taxes & duties when crossing the border.

International customers are responsible for any additional VAT or Customs fees required by their country. 

Returns

If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase in order to arrange a return. Returns may be subject to additional shipping in order to return the purchase.

Questions

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will email you a confirmation after your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive an email within 7 days from purchase please contact us, and make sure that you have provided us with the correct email address.

We recommend login in and checking your registered email address.
Spam filters in your email program may also block this type of email. Please check your junk mail folders.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

If you do not receive your goods within 45 working days, please contact us.

Please note, most international delivery services do not consider items to be lost until 45 days have elapsed.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have reviewed the damaged goods we will dispatch a replacement or refund you in full. Please note we take no responsibility for postal damage that occurred by postal delivery service, we make sure all items are checked and packed appropriately before dispatched.  All products are quality-checked prior to dispatch.
